In a recent statement, Barrister Gohar, a prominent figure in the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), declared the party’s commitment to participate in the upcoming elections, despite the recent decision from the Supreme Court. He assured that the party would appeal the verdict in any circumstance.
Addressing the media, Barrister Gohar expressed concerns about an increase in opportunities for horse-trading following the Supreme Court’s ruling. However, he highlighted that PTI candidates have already submitted their nomination papers. He expressed optimism that candidates affiliated with PTI would adhere to the party’s instructions.
Responding to inquiries, Barrister Gohar acknowledged the necessity for several individuals in the country to hold press conferences. He downplayed the significance of parties forming alliances, emphasizing the need for all candidates to share a common goal.
Regarding the Supreme Court’s decision, Barrister Gohar noted its conclusiveness and stated that actions would be taken accordingly. However, he underscored the importance of the people’s court, indicating that a decision would be rendered on February 8.
Encouraging voters not to lose hope, Barrister Gohar affirmed the party’s commitment to engaging with the people’s court and expressed confidence in a favorable outcome.
