1. Don’t skip breakfast:

This is a number 1 crime that we commit in a lot of parts of our life. But, you want to build immunity? Strengthen your core? Or extend your life? Then eat breakfast daily.

Hence, eat proteins like eggs and yogurt in your breakfast.

4. Carbs are good!

Healthy unprocessed carbs are good. Thus, have oatmeal with almonds, unrefined grains, and even bran bread to have some easy to use fuel in your body.

5. Move that body:

This does not mean sleep more. Sleep for 6-8 hours daily. At the same time. You can divide your sleep into 2 parts with a 2-3 hour gap if you want to. But, train your body to be consistent.

7. Cut on salt:

Salt brings on stress. It brings on bloating. And salt can pump your blood pressure in an artificial way. Give your body fruit salts for conditioning and somethings rock salt for a pump of sodium and other minerals. But, too much salt from fried food, desi food, and even frozen food can be very dangerous.

8. Cut on sugar and other drugs:

Sugar is a drug, period. Give a four-year-old baby 2 or 3 chocolate bars in under 1 hour. The kid will get hyperactive. Then eventually as soon as all the sugar is used, it will crash into crying or sleeping. Or crying itself to sleep.

This is what sugar does to you. Clearly, it is a drug and a stamina-destroying one. Furthermore, sugar gives you mood swings, makes your feel lethargic and it can even weaken you through bloating.
