Meray Paas Tum Ho is already making a lot of news. It is hitting headlines. It is also making people troll it. It shows a Gold digger wife Ayeza Khan, Innocent and hardworking husband Humayun Saeed and a rich villain Adnan Siddiqui.
This show is making waves because it called Ayeza’s character a ‘2 Takay Ki Aurat’. And this has broken many hearts. No man is allowed to say this about his wife whatsoever. It has been getting a lot of heat and social backlash for it. No writer, actor or director can justify such discourse. The twitter peeps are angry and so are we. But, the show is sweet otherwise.
The gold digger concept is a little over the board. And for the show to resurface, there has to be an intense plot twist such as Humayoun Saeed becoming the actual villain, Ayeza coming to her senses and leaving both men or Adnan Siddiqui helping them reunite and repent his mistake and misfortune.

Hot Extra-Marital Affairs on ARY’s Drama Serial
This is not the first time that any show or ARY’S Drama Serial showcases an extra-marital affair. But, this could be the first show to do so in a positive light. It can be the first Pakistani show to show that the woman in a marriage can break out if she wants to. Sometimes divorce is better.
Although there is no evidence of Zina in the earlier episodes, there could be adultery now. That can be super controversial. And this episode will dictate what we feel about this show. It is extremely important for society to see what happens when a man leaves his wife, but the wife already wants him to.
You never know if Ayeza’s character turns out to be the right one all along. But, it is hard to see that the honest man’s heart was broken by an evil woman. So anyway, while the shoemakers can not afford to make the woman or the man look bad, they can play around the concept of adultery and its influence on relationships to throw some moral shade on to this social phenomenon.
After all, it is high time that we talk about the idea that Monogamy is a myth. We should also rediscuss what it means to be loyal in a relationship. Is a relationship whereby the wife is actively asking the husband to leave the honest way of life and take bribes, even pure? Does love mean that you value love and choose love over Islamic principles such as Halal Rozee? Or not?
